If you are working with a marketing team, ViralTag gives you an awesome feature known as “team workflows” if you have the small business plan or brand plan. This feature allows multiple team members to have access to the account. The small business plan allows up to 3 users while the brand plan allows over 5 users.
One of the best features is the bulk editor. If you have the same image that you want to share across multiple social media channels or different time periods, this feature is meant for you. All you have to do is upload the image you want, click “clone post,” type in the content, and schedule! This allows you to share the same image across different social media platforms without having to manually go in and schedule each one individually.
In the bottom left-hand corner of each post is an option called “evergreen.” If you choose to evergreen a post, it gets added to a queue. That post will be published whenever you have a gap in postings based off of the time period of your choice. This is a great way to re-purpose old content automatically. It also guarantees that you’re always active on social media, something that is really important these days, because evergreen content will only get posted if you have nothing else scheduled in that time frame. You can use this feature for older blog posts, products, and more.
What? Analytics? YAY!
Viraltag also provides reliable and accurate analytics from your social media profiles. It shows things such as engagement, followers, the best times to post, and more. This is really convenient because it prevents you from having to outsource your analytics to something like Google Analytics. Yep, one less thing to keep track of!
