Hi guys – I spent a few days in the lovely city of Denver, Colorado for the Financial Bloggers Conference. It was a great event that I suggest you attend next year. It began in 2011 and is hosted by Phillip Taylor (@PTMoney) of PTMoney.com. Each year has been awesome – I’ve learned so much and met some of the coolest people. Not only that, it’s a great networking event if you are seeking writing opportunities, blog assistance, staff writers, media attention, etc.
For my fellow financial bloggers who couldn’t make it – I’ve included an excerpt written by my friend Karen of Money Saving Enthusiast below… at the end you can find a link to read the full article.
Be sure to check out all the blogs and people mentioned in Karen’s article – they are all a wealth of information!
Since 1994, Susan Newman Design, Inc. has built a reputation for developing innovative, brand identity design, quality print marketing and web solutions throughout the U.S. and abroad. So, of course, I was super excited when she asked to interview me about my branding strategy and experience with marketing my businesses.
n November 2010 I decided to create a chat on Twitter that would create a forum for people to share real talk, non-judgemental (for the most part lol) money and business tips. It has been a blast and we invite YOU to join the #moneychat community!
On Monday nights I (@MoneyChatLIVE) or my featured guest discuss the financial or business topic of the evening. That’s right, you can ‘tune in’ to my weekly Twitter conversation #MoneyChat held from 8pm-9pm ET and add your two cents.
